Arizona Man Turns Himself in for Alleged Planned Assault at Chanhassen Church

A 19-year-old Arizona man has turned himself in after being charged with assaulting an 18-year-old man in the parking lot of a church in Chanhassen on Oct. 12.

Carver County authorities say Jabari Javon Marshall turned himself in Monday, seven days after a warrant was issued. Marshall is currently in the Carver County Jail.

Maple Grove Town Hall Meeting Discusses Growing Heroin Problem

The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office isn’t letting up in the fight against the growing heroin problem.

The sheriff’s office and Maple Grove Police Department are hosting another town hall forum Monday. During the meeting, law enforcement officials will talk about their efforts to combat the sale and distribution of heroin throughout the county.
