Two men have been charged in the death of a man whose burning body set a dumpster on fire earlier this month, according to the Hennepin County Attorney's Mike Freeman.

About 30 firefighters rescued a man who fell while exploring the vacant grain bins on Thomas Avenue North in Minneapolis overnight.

The Minneapolis Fire Department was called around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.

A former Minnesota man says he's finally getting justice for what a Catholic priest did to him.

Fifty-four-year-old Jon Jaker says Fr. Thomas Stitts sexually abused him at St. Leo's Catholic Church in St. Paul in 1971.

Stitts died in 1985 but now, after a change in state law, the victim sued the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis.

Target shareholders are expected to make less money in 2014. The Minneapolis-based retailer released its second-quarter results Wednesday. Sales were flat and profit earnings were down 62 percent, when including costs of the massive data breach.

Target announced a data hack in the middle of the holiday season which put the information for millions of customers at risk.

Mpls. Police Issues Crime Alert after 17 Robberies this Month

The city of Minneapolis has issued a crime alert for three neighborhoods. There have been 17 robberies in the Corcoran, Central and Powderhorn neighborhoods so far in August, according to the Minneapolis Police Department.
