SUV Hits Bicyclist in St. Paul, Man in Critical Condition

A 51-year-old man is in critical condition after an SUV hit him while he was riding his bicycle in St. Paul.

Police say the Minneapolis man was biking near the intersection of Snelling and Summit avenues around 7:30 a.m. when he was hit. The SUV driver called 911.

Motorcyclists Gear Up for Annual Spring Flood Run

Minnesota's motorcycle season kicks off with the annual spring Flood Run.
    
As many as 30,000 motorcyclists are expected to hit the road Saturday for a scenic ride between the Twin Cities and Winona. The Flood Run commemorates the 1965 Mississippi River flood when motorcyclists rode from the Twin Cities area to help out in Winona.

Minn. Troops Returning Home will be Greeted with Girl Scout Cookies

It is expected to be a warm and tasty welcome for troops returning to Minnesota Saturday.

Seventy-five military men and women will arrive at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport just in time for Easter.

A group of Girl Scouts will greet them with thin mints cookies. The service men and women will also be treated to free coffee from Caribou Coffee.
